A town founded by the "Big Hand" of Valencia, Shakatu. This place is filled with world's rarities. Shakatu, as a Goblin himself, takes excellent care of his kinsmen, which helped them take important roles in town.

Although it is located far from Valencia City, a number of aristocrats visit it for mysterious items, since Shakatu trades with the royal family of Valencia. Merchants from the nationwide Crow League also frequent the place.^[1]
