As you can see, sharp glittering scales and a triangular head .. It's exactly in the same creature depicted on page 359 of History of the Ocean. Look at this! The detailed drawing... Isn’t this amazing?
Exactly. The thing that appeared in the ocean is definitely Vell's fragments. In other words, there's the possibility that the sea monster, Vell, has reappeared and we must focus on this phenomenon.
