Built with support from Prince Manmehan, this observatory is run by the astrologist and astronomer Akhram. Rakshan means "shining place" in Old Valencian.
Unlike other scholars, Akhram believes that the movement of the universe is the force that leads the ancient legend, the Black Death and the ancient giants wandering the desert.[1]
