Heila is a non-player character (NPC) in Black Desert Online.

Heila is a member of the Vigilantes in Olvia. A typical Shai, she couldn't resist her curiosity and always wanted to meet someone new. So Igor Bartali, the chief of town, send her to the Florin Gateway. Now, she is able to meet all the people and adventurers who travel between Florin and Olvia. She is happier than ever before. "Hey! You have to say 'hello' to me when you pass this gate."
