The donkey is a basic mount. Slower than a horse, the donkey is a mount given out to new players in a level 10 quest given by the Black Spirit. Upon talking to the town chief in Velia you will have to option to choose a donkey that come in three different colors grey, black or brown. After receiving your Donkey Token you must take it to a stable to register it (name it).
Although slow, the donkey is your first introduction to the taming life skill and will help you level to beginning lv. 5 so you can unlock the capture rope to use in getting your first horse.
